How long in advance should i book the photo booth?
We recommend booking as soon as you have finalized your date with your venue to lock in your date and style of booth requested.
What is the deposit requirement?
Deposit is $100 with the balance being due 7 days prior to the event. Our online payment system allows for easy online payments.
How much space is required for your photo booth set up?
We require a minimum of 10' X 10' space. But if space is limited, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
What if i need more rental time during my event?
When we get requests to stay an extra hour or two during your event, simply inform your attendant and we can extend your rental. Our hourly rate for extra time is $100.
Do you only rent photo booths for weddings?
Photo booths are not only popular at weddings, but birthday parties, bat/bar mitzvahs, anniversary parties, corporate events, holiday parties, and so much more. We can accomodate just about any event.
Is the photo booth easy to use?
Yes! If you do have questions, our full time professional attendant will be onsite to assist your guests. Our photo booth features touch screen navigation with simple on screen commands. The booth will count down and walk you through your session.
Do you offer props for our guests?
Most of our packages include full use of our prop kit. We provide an assortment of hats, signs, glasses, boas and more for your guests to dress up and have fun in while in the photo booth.
Can we customize a message or have a custom logo on the photo strip?
Most of our packages include upgraded custom designed logo for the photo strips and some have standard design. Our team will inquire as to your event colors, themes, etc. We also offer backgrounds for the photo strips as opposed to just having a white background.
What happens if our dinner is in the middle of the event?
Our Idle Time is a reduced rate where the equipment and staff member will be onsite, but the equipment will not be operational for use. Our rate is $30 per hour for idle time. This assures that you are getting full use of your rental time and not paying full rate for down time during your event.
Will there be an attendant throughout the event?
Yes! Our professional attendant will be dressed in our company uniform and will be present throughout the event. They will take care of setting up the equipment prior to your scheduled start time. They will remain onsite to make sure your guests are familiar with how to use the photo booth and when the event is over they will take down all the equipment and remove it from the venue.
How many prints come out after each photo booth session?
Each photo booth session will produce two copies of a 2×6 photo strip in approximately 15 seconds. If you upgrade to 4x6 prints it'll be 1 print per session. Unless otherwise instructed.
Can we share photo booth strips?
We provide you a CD or Flash Drive depending on your package. You are welcome to upload those photos and photo strips to your Facebook, website, and reprint them (Only on public online galleries)
Do you offer a Scrap Book or Guest Book?
A Scrap Book or Guest Book is considered an upgrade. But you're more then welcome to provide your own. Just let us know ahead of time so that we come fully prepared.
